Walk of Remembrance

A couple of weeks ago, we received an invitation from the Family Birthing Center at the hospital where we had Elijah. They host a Walk of Remembrance every October at a local park. I had been thrown off and emotional when i got the invitation, not knowing beforehand about the event, then wondering how difficult it was going to be to get through it.
Although parts of it were very difficult, overall, it was a beautiful little event. They had a speaker, songs, poetry and a balloon release to honor and remember our tiny ones.

So thankful my mom was able to go with us. And so thankful for my two beautiful kiddos who behaved so well during the service.
